My dog is doing better now, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a frustrating experience getting medical records sent. I had to follow up multiple times and was repeatedly told they would be sent automatically, but there were delays waiting for signatures and processing.
The front desk communication also felt a bit impatient when I called for updates. I understand clinics are busy, but clearer timelines and more proactive follow-up would help avoid repeated calls from clients.
Overall, I’m grateful for my dog’s care, but the records process needs improvement.

Dr. Z is an outstanding veterinarian who truly cares about his patients and their families. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to listen, explain, and provide thoughtful, thorough care. His compassion and dedication are evident in every visit.
